Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• When reserving please note the following: 7:30 am time slot is for the morning option of rafting. The 12:30 pm time slot is for the afternoon option. Each river has different start times and we will adjust accordingly.

• Rio Savegre minimum age is 7yrs + and no experience is required (perfect for first-timers).

• Rio Coto Brus minimum age is 14yrs + and experience is required.

• El Chorro (Upper Rio Naranjo) minimum age is 16yrs + and experience is required.

• Rio Guabo minimum age is 14yrs + and experience is required or adventurous first-timers.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time, the tour will leave without you if you miss it.
