Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Choice of horseback or 4x4 truck ride.

• No transportation is included with this activity. If you need it, please request, and we can provide you with a quote.

• Payment is required in full and at least 24 hours before this activity. We will send you an invoice link once you request it (providing the date, time, and number of guests).

• We recommend preparing for the outdoors with comfortable athletic shoes, closed shoes, or sandals. Insect repellent and a raincoat or poncho if you travel in the rainy season.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time. The tour will leave without you if you miss it.
