Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Bilingual guides (English & Spanish).

• Fishing, Massages (6ppl), Jetsking (2hrs), Snorkeling, & Sunset.

• Snacks, fruit, pastries, drinks, juice, rum, and beer.

• Gourmet-style seafood buffet.

• Transportation can be arranged by boat or car in the Papagayo area only.

• This tour is a private tour, for you and your group of 6ppl.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time. The tour will leave without you if you miss it.
