Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Our pass includes a canyoning zipline tour, Rio Negro tubing adventure, horseback riding, mud baths, hot springs from Rincon de la Vieja Volcano, and a typical lunch.

• Bilingual guides (English & Spanish).

• You must be able to walk unassisted. There is a bit of walking involved. This tour is geared towards families and grandparents, so all levels are welcome.

• Directions will be provided upon purchasing, transportation can be arranged but is NOT included.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.
