Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• The tour operates with at least two people. If you are traveling alone, we can group you with more people.

• We recommend you prepare for the outdoors with comfortable athletic shoes, closed, preferably with non-slip, no sandals. Insect repellent and a raincoat or poncho if you travel in the rainy season.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• If you require transportation, understand that pickup time will be 50-60 minutes before the listed tour time (the concierge agent will confirm with you after the booking).
