If you're looking for an adventure, hop on horseback and ride to the swimming pools for a refreshing dip, followed by a hike down to a lookout point (which takes about 25 minutes each way) to admire the breathtaking falls. This activity lasts approximately four hours and is perfect for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts alike. If you have your own transportation, our concierge agent will provide you with all the necessary details to plan your visit. However, if you prefer a hassle-free experience, we offer a package deal that includes roundtrip transportation and a typical Costa Rican lunch. During your visit to Bijagual, you'll have the opportunity to explore the charming small town nestled in the surrounding mountains of Jaco and learn about the local culture and customs.

Important information
• Physical strength is needed if you wish to hike to the lookout to see the large section of the waterfall.
• Bring your swimwear as you will want to swim at the natural pools.
• We recommend you prepare for the outdoors with comfortable athletic shoes, closed, preferably with non-slip, no sandals. Insect repellent and a raincoat or poncho if you travel in the rainy season.
• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.
