Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Tour guide (Spanish and English spoken).

• ATV / UTV (available at booking).

• Coffee tasting, bottled water, snacks, and fresh fruit.

• Waterfall swim.

• Tour duration is 4-5 hours.

• Drivers must be 16yrs and older.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time. The tour will leave without you if you miss it.
