Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Local transportation in Tamarindo & Langosta.

• A minimum of 4 people is required for this tour to start, if you are less please don't hesitate to contact us and we might be able to join you to a group already heading out.

• Not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnant travelers, serious medical conditions, or non-swimmers.

• Activity has a maximum of 10 snorkelers per tour.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time. The tour will leave without you if you miss it.
