Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Captin, crew, and equipment.

• Soda, juice, beer, snacks, and water are included on half-day fishing charters.

• Soda, juice, beer, snacks, water, and lunch are included on a full-day fishing charter.

• The crew will prepare and pack any fish you catch!

• All fishing charters require a deposit to take the boat off the market for the selected date, and then closer to the date, the balance is to be paid (if applicable).

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time. The tour will leave without you if you miss it.
