Cancellation Policy

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of paying your deposit for your photography session for a full refund of your deposit. After 48 hours, there is no deposit refund since we are reserving the date and time for you and blocking our calendar. Rescheduling may apply. No-shows will result in deposit loss, and if you wish to reschedule, you will need to repay the original deposit. Understand that there are processing fees for every transaction you forfeit when requesting a refund. Returns on a credit card can take up to a week to return to the card you used to purchase. Debit cards have been as long as a month or more, depending on your bank.
