Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Local pickup is available in Jaco.

• Tour guide (Spanish and English spoken).

• Vehicle choice (available at booking, Honda Pioneer / Honda Talon).

• Waterfall included on tours half day (4hrs) & full-day (6hrs).

• Lunch included on full-day (6hrs) tours only.

• Activity price changes depending on selected duration (options available at booking).

• The minimum age to complete this activity is 3yrs, as a passenger.

• We recommend you prepare for the outdoors with comfortable athletic shoes, closed, preferably with non-slip, no sandals. Insect repellent and a raincoat or poncho if you travel in the rainy season. We recommend a bandana for the dust if traveling in the dry season.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• Credit card is required upon signing the waiver for security deposit and in case of any damages (more information will be provided upon arrival).
