Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Tour guide (Spanish and English spoken).

• ten Ziplines, fourteen Platforms, six hanging bridges, three small hikes, and finish off with a rappel down the tree.

• Water and fruit during the activity. And Lunch at the end of the tour.

• Local transportation within Quepos and Manuel Antonio.

• The activity is about 4.5 hours.

• We recommend preparing for the outdoors with comfortable athletic shoes, closed shoes, or sandals. Insect repellent.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time, the tour will leave without you if you miss it.

• Pickup available if requested. Please provide information for pickup when booking.
