Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• ATV and required equipment.

• 12-Mile ride through an African palm orchard. Plus 1-mile hike through the Rainmaker rainforest.

• Swimming at a natural pool, typical lunch.

• Local transportation

• Minimum age of drivers is 16yrs and riders is 5yrs.

• We recommend you prepare for the outdoors with comfortable athletic shoes, closed, no sandals. Insect repellent and a raincoat or poncho if you travel in the rainy season.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• Pickup is 15-30 minutes before the activity start time, depending on your location.
