Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Flights are 15-25 minutes long, depending on the selected activity (available at booking).

• Not recommended for those who fear heights or vertigo

• We recommend not bringing anything you might not want to lose.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• If you require transportation, understand that pickup time will be 15-20 minutes before the listed tour time (the concierge agent will confirm with you after the booking).
