Aerial Tram and Butterfly Garden

The aerial tram ride in Jaco, Costa Rica, lasts one hour and twenty minutes of pure magic. Discover the natural beauty of the amazing rainforest with a bilingual guide. Explore all the different layers of the rainforest, from the floor to the treetops. The canopy is home to an enormous amount of flora and fauna. Eager to find light and space, many plants have colonized the treetops, turning them into small, independently functioning ecosystems. Finish the activity with a trek through the onsite butterfly garden, where you can get up close and personal with various species.

Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Local pickup is available from most Jaco, Playa Hermosa, and Herradura hotels. Please note that pickup outside of Jaco requires a minimum of 4 people. If you do not require hotel pickup, our concierge agent will provide all the information you need.

• Tour guide (Spanish and English spoken).

• Entrance to the park, guided walking tour, butterfly garden, and tram gondolas.

• All guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the activity starts.

• We recommend you prepare for the outdoors with comfortable shoes, closed, preferably with non-slip, no sandals. Insect repellent and a raincoat or poncho if you travel in the rainy season.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.

• If you require transportation, understand that pickup time will be 30-60 minutes before the listed tour time (the concierge agent will confirm with you after the booking).
