Waterfall Explorer

Experience the essence of Pura Vida with the Waterfall Explorer adventure. This guided trip takes you through the rainforest above the Pacific Ocean. We pick you up and bring you to basecamp, where you can enjoy a traditional Costa Rican meal before we head out in our 4x4 vehicle. We'll drive up the mountain and into the rainforest, with your guide stopping at points of interest along the way. The tour includes approximately 30 minutes of hiking along our eco trails, riverbeds, and bridges. You'll encounter numerous waterfalls and have the option to swim in four different ones. For the daring, there's even an opportunity to cliff jump from 30 feet up.

Cancellation policy
To cancel an activity or service and receive a refund (only applies when the total is paid), you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a 50% refund, and no refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. Please note that rescheduling may be possible, and all deposits are non-refundable.

• Local pickup is available in Jaco.

• Tour guide (Spanish and English spoken).

• Typical Costa Rican meal, hiking, and many waterfalls for swimming and jumping into.

• Must be able to hike unassisted, nothing too complicated, family-friendly.

• We recommend you prepare for the outdoors with comfortable athletic shoes, closed, preferably with non-slip, no sandals. Insect repellent and a raincoat or poncho if you travel in the rainy season.

• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.
