Embark on an exhilarating journey with the Monkey Mangrove Tour. Board a riverboat, and as you traverse the serene river, keep an eye out for the distinctive families of white-faced monkeys (White-faced Capuchins) that have made the riverside their home. Our skilled guide will coax the monkeys towards the boat, creating the perfect photographic moment as these playful creatures will be all around you! Important information
• Monkey Mangrove is about 50-60 minutes south of Jaco (to keep in mind when traveling).
• We recommend you prepare for the outdoors with comfortable shoes, preferably with non-slip or sandals. Insect repellent and a raincoat or poncho if you travel in the rainy season.
• Extra cash for tips is always welcomed and very appreciated by the guides and staff.
• Transportation can be arranged if needed. Please let the concierge agent know; they will gladly help set that up for you.

Very neat how you can get up close to these wild families. I believe they said there are 3/4 families that habitat the area. Great photo opportunities for sure! And we even got to see a sloth on the way back to the car!
