Driving restrictions for the month of February are similar to the previous month.

The same plate restrictions apply (Monday plates 1 / 2, Tuesday plates 3 / 4, Wednesday plates 5 / 6, Thursday plates 7 / 8, & Friday plates 9 / 0) On the weekends Saturday odd plates (1 / 3 / 5 / 7 / 9) cannot drive and Sunday even plates (0 / 2 / 4 / 6 / 8). The only difference for the driving restrictions this month is from Monday to Sunday you are allowed to drive during the hours from 5:00am – 10:00pm.

Also all public places with the proper permission are allowed to stay open until 10:00pm all week long.

• National parks are now allowed to operate at 100%
• Bars & Casinos stay at 50%
• Beaches are open from 5:00am – 6:00pm
